The Governor of Lagos state,Babatunde Raji Fashola has finally collects his Permanent voters card,PVC,after a long wait for the only tool that can guarantee one right to vote on election days in Nigeria.Having complained bitterly,the Governor was able to collect his PVC on february 8 at Polling Unit, Ward G3 Unit E002, State Junior Grammar School, Itolo Street, Surulere, Lagos.More photos.....
