Bring Back Our Girls Protesters Blocked From Presidential Villa

The group under the platform of Bring Back Our Girls which has been campaigning for the peaceful return of the 219 Chibok girls kidnapped by Boko Haram more that seven months ago were seen blocked from entering the access road leading to the presidential villa by men of Nigerian police numbering about 20 with their vehicles yesterday.
The protesters had converged, distributing fliers to motorists and passers-by to remind them of the plight of the 219 Chibok school girls that are still being held captive by the Boko Haram sect.

This appears surprising but its true because Kim has been very open to her friends and families about this. They say that Kim had been told that she could not get pregnant by her doctors even before she gave birth to North west.But Kanye and her wife thought it would be an easy ride after having their first child.

Kano state Police force has revealed that four armed robbers operating along Kano-Zaria road have been killed. This was contained in a press release by the state Commissioner of Police Aderinle Shinaba who said that the robbers were in the process of wrecking havoc while people were celebrating Christmas.

There is news that about seventy beggers loitering the streets of Lagos State have been deported back to the North.This information was mornitored by sahara reporters through a radio program aired in Hausa language.The said beggers were picked from different locations and were held several months before they were eventually deported back to the north.According to the report those invoved hail from different states in the north ie,Niger, Kaduna, Kebbi, Jigawa Zamfara and Sokoto.

Can there ever be solution to begging in Nigeria ?This is because it seems some of them are just too lazy to work when you closely observe them while they carry out their trade.

I was on my way to Abuja that faithful night.Close friends had been warning me to desist from undertaking night journeys but i developed deaf ears.I used to find it convenient because i'm allergic to long distant journey.I always liked to sleep in the bus and wake up in the morning at my destination.

Kidnappers Caught in Portharcourt Kid Rescued

Kidnapping seems unabating at all ,to the extent that many youngmen have taken it as their profession.
A statement coming out from the Rivers state police force has revealed how three kidnappers where apprehended when they were tracked to their hideout and the victim was successfully rescued.Here is the press release:

The Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform the public of another safe rescue of a three-year old male child kidnap victim.
On 23/12/2014 at about 04:30AM, Police operatives tracked and stormed the kidnappers hideout located at Rumuodogu II, Port Harcourt where the child (name withheld) earlier kidnapped on 15/12/2014 was kept.

Elected PDP chairman during the tenure of former president Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Dr Ali also served as Nigeria's education minister in the 1970s and was a senator in the Second Republic. The Australian hostage negotiator Mr Stephen Davies, who accused the immediate past Chief of Defence staff Rtd.Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika has been sued to court by the retired General.Ihejirika through his legal team is demanding for N100bn for the damages caused him as a result of the accusation.

The Retired General, who left military service in January 2014, said that he has “suffered ‎grievous wrong and has been exposed to scandal, ridicule, humiliation, character assassination, credit and reputation brought into disrepute, both within and outside the country, as a result of the libelous statement in question”.

Its quite disheartnening to hear heart-aching stories of deaths ,explosions and massive burials on daily basis in this country.We wake up almost everyday with pictures of dead bodies and the news of countless number kidnapped staring in our faces.Flipping through the pages of newspapers and clicking away pages of websites reveal even more about this meyhem going on.

Armed robbery attack is a very horrible news or experience to hear about at a season like this when people are expected to be in an exciting and boisterous mood. This incident took place at Agbor in Delta.A branch of Access Bank located at the mentioned location was attacked by heavily armed robbers who engaged in a gun battle with the millitary and one of them was gunned down.Here are the pictures.more photos

A statement has emerged from nigerian police showing the tricks employed and the perpetrator in order to unleash terror on the targeted location.

On December 16th at about 9:10am, military personnel on Stop and Search along Potiskum Road by Ashaka/Bajoga Junction intercepted one Honda Odyssey vehicle with registration number AT 670 DKA (Yobe) driven by a man later identified as Nuru Fika.
