The Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC has released the rate at which the Permanent Voters Cards,PVC has been distributes by the commission accross the states of the federation.You can now check how many PVC's have been collected by voters state by state.Have you collected yours? The electoral body has extended the collection deadlinr till March 8.So there is still room to do so.See more states after the cut........
