Lil Wayne’s ,US based rapper,first daughter, Reginae Carter turned 16 recently and her parents threw her a beautiful 16th birthday party on Saturday November 29th in Atlanta. Stars like T.I and Tiny, Nicki Minaj, Fantasia and many others were there. Then high point of the night was Reginae getting a Ferrari from her mother and a BMW X6 from her dad.
