Mikel Obi is said to be building an estate named after his present club,Chelsea estate in the Ajah/Badore new development area of Lagos.Mikel and his partners (including a bank) are planning to build over 100 housing units of 2/3/4bedroom service apartments, a multipurpose hall and recreational facilities. The estate will be called Chelsea Estate and construction has already begun.
