AD VP in car accident on his way to presidential debate

The Vice Presidential candidate Alliance for Democracy, AD, Akuchie Clinton Cliff was said to have been involved in an auto crash on his way to the airport to attend the vice presidential debate in Abuja, yesterday.
Akuchie who narrowly escaped death in the crash had to cancel his flight immediately, to seek medical attention.

In another instance, another vice presidential candidate, Hassanatu Hassan of the Citizens Popular Party, CPP, who was billed to attend the same debate in Abuja was reportedly operated upon in an undisclosed hospital, also yesterday.
