Negotiation between the terror group and the Jordanian authorities reached a stalemate after the government in Amman demanded proof that Moaz al-Kasasbeh was still alive before proceeding with the agreed exchange with the jailed female suicide bomber.
ISI failed to respond and instead beheaded Japanese journalist Kenji Goto and now this. We have yet to determine the time frame of the latest brutal execution.
