Nigerian gay activist Bisi Alimi and boyfriend show off their baby

The Nigerian gay activist ,Bisi Alami who came out openly to declear his sexual orientation shared a picture of him and his boyfriend cuddling a baby with a feeding bottle and he wrote below the picture "Being daddies".

Could this mean that they have adopted a baby?
Remember,recently a Nigerian took to his Facebook page threatening to kill him anytime he steps into Nigeria.
Bisi Alimi currently resides in London after her granted an interview on Funmi Iyanda's TV program where he opened up to the world to be is gay.According to him life after that interview was miserable and he recieved a lot of threats to his life which led to his decision to relocate abroad.

How are they going to take care of this baby?Or is it a joke?
