It was reported that the former President's legal adviced him to go ahead with the book launch for reasons that the court order obtained by Prince Kashamu Buruji a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Chairman of the Organization and Mobilization Committee of the party in the South West, cannot stop him from holding the book launch.
Early today it was observed that several dignitaries including Mr. Obasanjo, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Ibidapo Obe, former minister of Education and VP of the World Bank, Oby Ezekwesili and several others arrived the Lagos Country Club venue to begin a book launch ceremony that was still in progress.
