A Nigerian soldier serving in Liberia under the United Nations peace keeping force has been cured.The soldier was flown to Netherland in a well equiped aircraft at the request of the World Health Organisation.
According to the reports from the Dutch public health institute RIVM, the Ebola infected Nigerian Soldier was treated at the University hospital in central city Utrecht and will remain in the hospital until he can be able to return home.
Liberian has been badly affected by Ebola disease since the outbreak and has recorded about 3,290 deaths until early this month when Sierra leone overtook them on the rate at which people are infected.
Ebola has killed more than 6,900 people so far mostly in west Africa .
