This may appear too ridiculous to some people but it truely happened.Malam El Rufai was pictured kneeling down as he was addressing the All Progressive Congress APC National executive members that visited in Kaduna.Did they just allowed him to continue discussing with them kneeling down?Was there anything wrong? Its just a question.
