The Imo state police force has detonated two bombs planted in front of Owerri Capital Development Agency OCDA.It is said that the location is very close to the Imo state office of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.According to the
source,police attention was drawn to the place when a loud noise was heard coming from that particular spot.The area has been cordoned off by the state police.
