Nigerian teenager jumped from 18th floor to avoid rape by facebook friend

A 17 year old girl is lucky to be alive after jumping from the window of the18th floor of a tall building while trying to run away from a rapist she met on faceook.

.17-year-old Ada Nba Agbazue of Lagos, said that she had no choice but to jump out of the abandoned building after the man she met through Facebook, tried to rape and kill her.


Agbazue was rushed to the Ilemba Ajangbadi Hospital, where she is being treated for multiple fractures.
Agbazue said that on Friday, she received a call from her Facebook friend, identified as Michael, to meet her at the abandoned building.

The girl agreed to meet Michael at a busy bus stop. When Michael arrived, Agbazue panicked as he did not look anything like her Facebook friend.

Agbazue turned around and began to walk away, but was lured by the man.
Michael, who looked to be about 25 years old, took the girl to the abandoned building, saying that he lives there with his family.

When the entered the building, Agbazue said that she saw strange paintings on the walls as well as a human skull. Agbazue tried to run away, but Michael pulled out a knife and threatened to rape and kill her.

Michael ordered her to take off her clothes, but she managed to jump out of the window. Passersby who saw Agbazue jumping from the window, took her to the hospital, where she is said to be in stable condition.
